TWA and acouple other carriers had twin white navigation lights near the rear tips of the elevator trailing edge, as opposed to one under the APU exhaust.  I actually emailed Hiroshi Igami some photos of this and he modelled the faeture on the -100/200 model.  On the old POSKY Site you can find it called 3 lights on tail.  (Or somethign similar).  I think Michael Verlin's rendition of ship 17108 (N93108) on avsim has the proper model bundled with it also.l 

(Side note ship 17108 was the only TW aircraft to wear all three color schemes.)

Now we just need to find you an accurate photo overhead of the wings for the black ice detection stripe TWA started applying in 1995.  below is one I found on Airliners.net.  You can see that on the 747's (Except the late arrivals they were asymmetrical... parallel to the fuselage on the right wing, parallel to the leading edge of the wing on the left.

Out of curiosity I downloaded the repaint files and 3tail light model by Michael Verlin from Avsim. I am interested as to how the 3 lights are actuated differently from the standard model. I would have expected an aircraft.cfg file included in the upload package with a modified [Lights] section but there isn't one. The included aircraft.cfg.txt file only has the info to add the repaints to the standard aircraft.cfg file. Maybe the lights are "hardwired" to the model using standard POSKY light .fx files?? Next flight I do in a 747-100 I will check this model file out but using Steve's excellent repaints. Might not be historically accurate as this was only used on the above mentioned airframe (N93108 ship number 17108) but variety is the spice of life  Thanks for the post, I didn't know about this unique model.

Negative... Most of the TW 747's had the lights on the elevators, Not just 17108.  (Look in the pic above.  The SP even has them.)  Those lights are hard coded into the model.  To be REALLY Accurate the one in the center nees to be turned off... (I Think that one is still in the .cfg.)
