Found an update for the OpenSky 748i for Prepar3D.  Filename was: b748i_lufth.zip.  Popped the Steve McBee textures in from the fleet down load, and low and behold:

13 degrees of nose up, 20 degrees flap on lift off:  (aka Up, Up, and Away TakeOff)
