Any resolution on inability for users to pull up the web site frequently (random availablity)? It also effects ability to use KACARS.
-
Have sent a message to Charlie to see if he can look into it. I believe we host on the same server as Ozark Virtual (https://ozarkva.net/) which I have found not to exhibit the issue. Could be a DNS issue as I do not know who owns the fly-twva.com domain registration. But that does not really explain the hit and miss characteristic.

Thanks --

There doesn't seem to be an issue using Firefox. Chrome is a problem. Not sure about other browsers. I am going on fishing trip with my brother on Wed. Won't be back until June2. I will try to get Ryan to look at it in the meantime, but I can't guarantee anything. Sorry.

Agree - Firefox is NO PROBLEM!
-
Well, not so fast. FireFox has the same issues, at different times or sometimes the same time!!
-
Hey everyone, I have sent a message to Ryan and asked if there was anything that has been changed and what possible solutuions we may have.
Is anyone still having issues gaining access to the website?
-
Web Site no, acars yes! Tells me to notify administrator about a "switch error"!
-
Same here - can log onto website and various pages fairly routinely, but KACARS log in a constant error "notify administrator" as said below
-
Seem to be only able to connect with FireFox browser now. Anyone able to login with Chrome or Edge ?
-
I wish I had some good news, but Ryan is aware that there is a problem, and is working on it when he can. It's puzzling as Ozark is running the same software on the same server, and it has no issues.
