Hey everyone... between all the work and play we have in our lives its nice to sometimes acknowledge the small and simple things in life. Well I got some news to share with everyone: I asked my girlfriend to marry me and for whatever strange reason she said YES!!! :D

Congrats, Boss !
Pay no attention to all the good nature ribbing you will get. It in much easier to handle the balls that life pitches at you when you have a teammate.

Well Charlie could have done the ultimate nono and married a Marine. I cant be mischievous unless I include her in the fun ;D or I get pretzel-ed and made to run 10Km err. Welcome the club and congrats and as Marty says

Hmm going to take the vowes......The word OBEY was taking out of our wedding vowes......LOL
Charlie if you have a lady that lets you be you, and her be her, then you've got yourself a good lady. I have the best person a guy could have, has never really said no to anything I asked to do or have done......with in reason of course. But she is my best freind and for 33 years never left my side!
Question......what happenes when you squeeze a wet softball to hard? Thats right it will slip out! Think about it.....!!
Good luck my friend and congrats!

Congrats Really!
Married my best friend about 18 years ago, and have never regretted it.
Unsolicited Advice #1 Throw her little romantic touches at total random once in a while
Unsolicited Advice #2 Always remember to treat her like you are still competing for her and you'll do fine!

Unsolicited advise number 3: Dont get too busy to slow down and smell the roses with her :) ..

Congrats Charlie, all the advice you have been given is very correct. Been married 10 years as of 10/9/2011 to the Best Lady in the world. Like said always make sure you give her some surprises once in a while. It does not have to be any special occasion. You'll be very surprised on what that does for them. ;)
