I've started a Christmas Club account to start saving for whatever hardware it's going to take to run this puppy.   ;D
I've been doing flight simulation since 1983 .... can't wait to take this for a spin.

Seems like some of it will be cloud-based to cut down on disc space; still, hardware may be an issue for sure.

From what I've seen, the scenery will be provided over the internet from a combination of Bing maps and "other" resources, (NASA?).  It will cache frequently traveled areas, but supposedly the entire world will have that level of detail.

However, unless they've been holed up somewhere and created some type of Magical Mystery Tour graphics engine, rendering that kind of detailed resolution means a $$$$$ video card in my eyes.
